African Naturalistas was created from a simple belief: caring for your hair should be affordable, accessible and suited to the hair you actually have.

OUR STORY

In the year 2012, our founder realised that the products available in Nigeria were expensive and not affordable by most women. They and were not compatible with our unique kind of hair as Africans. She started creating and selling African Naturalistas products to bridge these gaps. We believe you don’t need to break the bank in order to have beautiful Natural Hair.

I started using African Naturslistas products in October 2019. The jojoba oil was one of the first products I bought. I was coming from a tired hair care part of my life because I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and I wanted products that were of good quality and not adulterated. I used African Naturalistas jojoba oil as my only carrier oil for 6 months, and my hair testified of its goodness. My scalp stayed healthy and my hair grew very nicely.
