OPERATIONS OFFICER
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - FULL TIME ON-SITE
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly-effective Operations Officer to run the business operations of African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products. You will be required to
- Run the routine daily operations of the business
- Manage external business stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, business vendors, and middlemen consultants
- Manage key operations units such as Sales, HR, Administration, Finance, Production, Inventory, etc
- Monitor Employee compliance to office policies and procedures
- Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.
- Plan and manage projects and contribute to product innovation.
- Track operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.
- Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
- Analyze and maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories.
- Oversee Human Resources Development policies, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State
- Minimum - HND/BSC
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good people skills and friendly disposition
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Excellent leadership skills
- Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
- Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and performance.
REMUNERATION
N150,000 - N180,000
